In village Bakurtsikhe rehabilitation of recreation center is in progress
MDF Executive Director Juansher Burchulazde visited recreation center rehabilitation works in village Bakurtsikhe. Building was built in 70’s and has not been operating for 20 years. Entire rehabilitation of the building is conducted by MDF order.
Within the framework of rehabilitation floor was faced, window doors and roof were replaced, power and water supply networks were improved. Currently works relating to installation of heating and ventilation systems as well as washrooms tiling are in progress. Besides building rehabilitation project envisages yard improvement as well.
Project is implemented under World Bank and GoG’s financing and its cost amounts to GEL 2 033 481. 49. Rehabilitation works commenced in October 2015 and will be finalized by the end of 2016. More than 40 workmen are hired on works.
