Meeting with the Minister of Communications and Works of Cyprus

Today, at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, the Minister David Narmania met the Minister of Communications and Works of Cyprus Tasos Mitsopoulos.  The meeting was attended by the Executive Director of Municipal Development Fund of Georgia Elguja Khokrishvili and his deputy Teimuraz Murgulia.  
The meeting regarded road construction-rehabilitation projects planned for the year 2014 and the guests shared their own experience with colleagues. The ministers also agreed on forms and details of the future cooperation.
After the meeting the Ministers gave a joint briefing to the media and exchanged gifts.
On the same date, the Cyprus delegation together with the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia David Narmania visited construction works of Ruisi – Agara section of the Highway.

The visit of the Minister of Communication and Works of Cyprus started on February 3and will continue for 3 days. Within the framework of the visit, the Minister will hold a meeting   at the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy. The visit of the Minister of Communications and Works of Cyprus will be completed on February 6.
