New Museum undergoes construction in the vicinity of Batoni Palace in Telavi City
The new Museum is being constructed in the vicinity of Batoni Palace in Telavi City. Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Zurab Alavidze, Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Galaktion Buadze and Kakheti Governor Irakli Kadagishvili have conducted the site visit for construction works of the Museum.
The project envisages creation of museum and exhibition space of modern standards and arrangement of outer infrastructure.
Regional Development Project undergoes implementation with co-financing of the World Bank and Government of Georgia. MDF schedules the works to be completed in summer 2017.
The New Museum undergoes construction in the vicinity of rehabilitated Batoni Palace. The Fund completed rehabilitation works for the Palace in October, 2016.
There are employed 65 people within the project.
