The Project is funded by the Government of Georgia (GoG) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) is the project executing agency.
Georgia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of MFF - Sustainable Urban and Transport Investment Program, which is financed through separate tranches. Part of this loan, under Tranche 3, will be used to hire National Communication Consultant. The main objective of the assignment will be, but not limited to assist the Project Management Unit in preparing a Stakeholder Communication Strategy (SCS) to increase access to information about the ADB – financed project (SUTIP - Tbilisi-Rustavi Urban Road Link) in Georgia, and to improve communication and information sharing with affected people. The Duration of the assignment will be 10 months on the Continuous Basis.
