Village Rodinauli road rehabilitation progressing
The 15 km road of Village Rodinauli in Zestaponi Municipality undergoes implementation by the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI). Gagi Buadze - Executive Director of the MDF conducted the site visit to get familiazied with the progress of rehabilitation works.
The road rehabilitation works are being executed with the financial support of the European Investment Bank (EIB).
For tens of years the residents of Village Rodinaurli had been arriving to Town Zestaponi by means of bypass mainline. Actually, internal village road, connecting village directly to the administrative center of the Municipality, has been abolished due to its uselessness.
Road rehabilitation will result in facilitating movement of Village Rodinauli residents throughout village and it will take much less time to be connected to Zestaponi Administrative Center.
In 2017, the MRDI has finalized over 130 road infrastructural projects in Imereti Region.
