Kvara Chartolani

Kvara Chartolani - Deputy Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia since August, 2025.

 

Kvara Chartolani is an engineer-technologist and biotechnology specialist by education. She has held managerial positions in the public sector at various times. She has many years of professional experience in the public sector, inter alia covering replacement of depreciated housing, real estate management and administrative management.

 

After ten years of work at the Tbilisi Municipal Property Management Agency  -LEPL, Kvara Chartolani moved to the Urban Development Service of the Tbilisi City Hall, where she held the position of Deputy Head. In 2020-2022, she worked in the capacity of  the Deputy Head of the Municipal Services Development Agency. 

Within the period of 2022 - 2025, she held office of Deputy Director of the Tbilisi Development Fund - NNLP.
