The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) stops the Bidding for the Business House
The MDF has stopped the Bidding for the Business House. The referenced Bidding was announced on December 21st of 2017 and deadline for submission of bid proposals was set as to be January 23rd.
There were evaluated two companies: “Amkhanagoba Business Sakhli” (Partnership Business House) and “Dagi” Ltd. “Amkhanagoba Business Sakhli” (Partnership Business House) had been disqualified due to incompliance with the technical documentation, whereupon it appealed against the bidding documentation of “Dagi” Ltd. twice.
The Bidding Commission deemed as indispensable to provide more clarification to the bidding terms to assist to development of robust competitiveness and provide proportional, non-discriminatory and equal attitude to the Bidders.
As per the solution by the Complaints Reviewing Board and with consideration of the fact that the Bidding terms may not be changed at present stage, MDF stopped the electric bidding procedure in order the objectives stipulated under Georgian Law “On State Procurement” to be complied with. The new bidding will be announced in accordance with the changed terms.
