Request for expression of interest for the position of Metro Specialist and Technical Advisor for Construction Supervision of Tbilisi Metro Line 2 Extension and Creation of University Station
The Project is funded by the Government of Georgia (GoG) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Under this project the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia announces Expression of Interest for selection of International Metro Specialist and Technical Advisor for Construction Supervision of Tbilisi Metro Line 2 Extension and Creation of University Station
The consulting services (“the Services”) include to assist to the MDF and Tbilisi Transport Company (TTC) during evaluation of technical part of CW Bidders proposals and produce relevant sections of the bid evaluation report; and to conduct inspection of construction supervision executed by the Civil Works Supervision Consultant “EUROESTUDIOS S.L.” (Spain) and provide project management, technical assistance, advise and expertise to MDF (Follow-on) and TTC.
