Tbilisi Metro will soon announce a new tender for the construction of metro
Tbilisi Metro tender for the construction of the new station will be announced soon. The project was delayed for years, implementation of which will play an important role in the development of the capital city. Mr. Elguja Khokrishvili, Executive Director of Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of Georgia talked this issue at today’s press conference.
MDF completed trilateral negotiations yesterday with Tbilisi Metro and Spanish Company EuroStudio concerning the construction project.
Representative of Asian Development Bank (ADB) visited Tbilisi to confirm completion of negotiations and the agreements reached regarding the project. Construction of the new station of Tbilisi metro will be financed by ADB.
Agreement reached by the parties allows the MDF to announce a tender for the construction of the new station. Tbilisi Metro tender will be announced soon.
