Elguja Khokrishvili and George Somkhishvili met bank sector representatives

Today Minister of  Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia  Mr. Elguja Khokrishvili with his deputies and executive director of Municipal Development Fund of Georgia  Mr. George Somkhishvili have met Bank Sector representatives. Aim of the meeting was to improve relationship between Banks and companies implementing infrastructural projects.

Bank sector is the basic warrantor for the companies implementing infrastructural projects. Issues concerning advance payment and bank guarantee were problematic. During the meeting various resolving models were discussed by the parties.

 

Parties have agreed to present specific proposals onthe next meeting which will be developed for  optimal  resolution.
