Market Research to Determine Prices – Consulting Services for Preparation of Detailed Design for the Integrated Urban Upgrading of Rustavi
LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia plans to conduct Market Research to determine tentative prices in order to procure services for Detailed Design for the Integrated Urban Upgrading of Rustavi
The main Components of the Project are:
· Development of detailed design documentation (Urban design/Streetsacpe) for specific areas;
· Development of Detailed Design for arrangement of various sports spaces and planning an urban upgraded park on the territory of Aslanikashvili Park.
· Preparation of Detailed Design for rehabilitation of facades and roofs of the selected houses and designing the structural problems derived from the surveys (if any).
