Market Research to Determine Prices – Consulting Services for Preparation of Detailed Design for the Integrated Urban Upgrading of Gori
LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia plans to conduct Market Research to determine tentative prices in order to procure services for Detailed Design for the Integrated Urban Upgrading of Gori
The main Components of the Project are:
· Development of detailed design documentation (Urban design/Streetsacpe) for specific areas;
· Development of Detailed Design for renovation and adaptation of the squares and parks according to the modern standards;
· Preparation of Detailed Design for rehabilitation of the House of Culture, which envisages the adaptation of the existing building according to modern standards, normalizing existing functions and adding new ones.
