Already 27 outpatient clinics have been assembled throughout Georgia by Municipal Development Fund of Georgia
Within the scope of 82 new outpatient clinics construction project, Municipal Development Fund of Georgia has already assembled 27 units in different regions. Process is continuing and at the end of the year 82 outpatient clinics will be assembled. Government of Georgia has allocated 2,4 million GEL. Outpatient clinics are assembled by Municipal Development Fund of Georgia on specifically selected territories by Municipalities. Project is implemented jointly by Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and Ministry of Labor Health and Social Affairs Security .
Based on Georgian government 2014 year order additional 24300 GEL was allocated for the purpose of adaptation of the above indicated 82 outpatient clinics for the disabled persons.
Five outpatient clinics have already been assembled in the following villages of Imereti region: Terjola municipality village Rupoti, Chiatura municipality village Mandaeti, Sachkhere municipality two villages Gorisi and Perevi, Zestaponi municipality village Ajameti.
In Samegrelo Zemo Svaneti region 8 outpatient clinics are assembled in the following villages: Zugdidi municipality village INgiri and Ganmukhuri,Tsalenjikha municipality village Sachino,Abasha municipality village Etseri, Chkhorotsku municipality village Akhuti, martvili municipality village Ichkhuri. Khobi municipality village Shavgele and Senaki municipality village Ushapati.
MDF has assembled 3 outpatient clinics in following villages of Guria region: Ozurgeti municipality village Dvabzu, Lanchkhuti municipality village Akenti and Chokhatauri municipality village Erketi. There is only on outpatient clinic assembled in Achara so far in Dava shuakhevi village –khichauri.
MDF has already assembled 8 outpatient clinics in the following villages of Kakheti region: Telavi municipality’s village Shalauri, Lagodekhi municipality’s village Kartubani,, Signagi municipality’s village Mashnari ,Gurjaani municipality ‘s village Mukuzani, Akhmeta municipality’s village Mukuzani,, Akhmeta Municipality’s village Sakobia, Kvareli municipality’s village Kuchatani, Dedoplistskaro municipality’s village Arboshiki, Sagarejo municipality’s village Udabno.
In the following villages of kvemo Kartli 2 outpatient clinics are assembled: Marneuli municipality’s village Opreti and Bolnisi municipality’s village Ranchpari. Outpatient clinics assembling is ongoing and construction process of 82 outpatient clinics will be finalized by the end of the year.
The Building is made of sandwich panel and is equipped with 2 heater and 2 water closets. 82 outpatient clinics are standard and in total it is 41-42 82 m2.
It has to be mentioned that buildings’ internal and external infrastructure is totally adapted for disabled persons. Outpatient clinics construction is assembled in Georgia and is produced in factory which is located on LiLo territory where 100 persons are employed.
After MDF finalizes buildings infrastructural works, outpatient clinic will become under local municipalities subordination which will be equipped and will provide medical services to local citizens. Ministry of Labor Health and Social Security will spend 362 894 GEL to furnish outpatient clinics and equip with medical instruments.
It has to be mentioned that 14 outpatient clinics will be assembled in the villages adjacent to the dividing line. After project finalization in total 9 outpatient clinics will be assembled in Samegrelo-zemo Svaneti region, 6 in Kvemo kartli , 12 in Imereti region,5 in Achara region 7 in Mtskheta mtianeti , 21 in Shida kartli, 6 in 4 in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti. In project implementation process local government representatives are actively involved. They take care of the local issues. In particular, representatives of the local authorities shall ensure arrangement of the foundation for the outpatient clinic at the specially allocated area, make underground communications, provide water, natural gas and electricity supply.
Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and Ministry of Labor Health and Social Security will carry out permanent monitoring in order to ensure that the construction process is carried out in the determined timeframes and with high quality.
