The Municipal Development Fund has announced a tender for rehabilitation of Theatre and Municipality building in the town of Tskaltubo
Municipal Development Fund of Georgia has announced tender for rehabilitation municipality building facade and interior, which is situated in the central part of the town and as well as for rehabilitation of the theatre. The project is implemented through the financial assistance from the World Bank. The purpose of the project is development regional and tourism infrastructure. The estimated cost of proposed works is 1,335,624,64 GEL.
Rehabilitation works will be completed within 7 months since the definition of the winning company and conclusion of the agreement. Under the rehabilitation of the theatre and municipality building will be implemented following works: monolith concrete and reinforcement constructions arrangement – 132.89 m3, metal constructions arrangement – 7.25 t; roof arrangement with metal plates – 400.00 m2, roof decking repair - 1,200.00 m2, wall plastering with stone concrete mortar – 1,213.54 m2, facade pargeting (so called “Munich”) - 1,488.00 m2, facing works with natural stone – 779.85 m2, floor arrangement with ceramic and cultured granite tiles - 635.25 m2, facing parapet with aquapanel - 665.00 m2, ceiling arrangement with “Arsmtrong” boards and gypsum plasterboards – 1,611.00 m2, door arrangement works by specific high quality timber - 184.11 m2, floor arrangement with laminated parquet – 374.80 m2, metal plastic window block arrangement (graining, double glass pane 4/6mm) - 178.08 m2, granite curbs arrangement – 210.00 m, MDF door block arrangement – 156.42 m2, installation of dark grey aluminum dumb vitrages, with double glass pane of 4/6mm and accessories – 230.00 m2.
Implementation of the project will ultimately support development the town of Tskaltubo as a tourist zone. Implementation of the project is also important for local population as well as for development of tourism and infrastructure of the country.
