Georgia has received financing from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) toward the cost of the Rehabilitation and Increasing Energy Efficiency measures for Public Schools in Tbilisi and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract - Design, Construction and Increasing Energy Efficiency measures for Public Schools N102 for Children with Special Needs and N4 in Tbilisi
