Infrastructural Projects being implemented in Telavi

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with an Executive Director of Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Beka Urushadze and representatives of local authorities, visited the site of ongoing works in Telavi within the “Cities and Resorts Development Program”.

As of to date, the Vazha Pshavela Dramatic Theatre adjacent square undergoes renovation, and the modern recreation space of piazza type is being arranged.

The basic works within the project have already been accomplished – basin reservoir has been arranged, structure of a café has been placed, and the utilities are being installed right now there.

The rehabilitation works for the roads and residential houses are being proceeded in an active mode on Papuashvilebi and Balarjishvilebi Streets, whereas the Solomon Leonidze, tunnel and Vachnadze Streets are being renovated. The overhead utilities have been regulated, fences have been renovated, and the outdoor lighting poles have been replaced.
