Meeting with parents and teachers of Public School №152

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, Executive Director of Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Beka Urushadze, and Member of Tbilisi City Council Giorgi Dokhturishvili, met with parents and teachers of Tbilisi Public School №152. The rehabilitation project for Public School №152, located in Varketili, was transferred to MDF of the Ministry of Infrastructure after the Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency had been abolished. At present stage, the design of the new school building is underway.

The construction bidding will be announced as soon as the design is finalized, after which the bidding winner company will start the construction.

Revaz Sokhadze listened to the opinions and concerns of parents and teachers and, in turn, provided them with detailed information with regard to the stages of the school project implementation.

As per Minister, MDF will be able to announce a construction bidding in early summer. Along with identifying the bidding winner company, the project will have a clear work plan and implementation deadlines.
