A competition announced for design of a multifunctional complex in Tsnori

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a competition for the design of a multifunctional sports and cultural-educational complex of international standards in Tsnori, designed for 200 spectators.
As per design, several main buildings and structures are to be built there, including large and small swimming pools for children, halls for judo, kickboxing, table tennis, volleyball, and fitness.
The project will also include technical and auxiliary infrastructure: changing rooms, shower units, medical and physiotherapy rooms, conference areas, administrative and commercial zones.
In addition, the complex should have a cultural and educational center that will combine a media library, choreography and art spaces, as well as a club of innovative technologies.
The territory should provide for public, and bus parking, as well as the one for those with disabilities, including parking for electric vehicles and pedestrian walkways.
The project should envisage the landscaping of the site, as well as the arranging of fire safety, outdoor lighting, and water supply systems.
