A tender announced for the design of a 1,000 spectator multifunctional complex in Khashuri Municipality
The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a tender for preparation of a design with observance of modern standards for a multifunctional complex in the Surami district of Khashuri Municipality.
The project aims to create a space to serve both sporting as well as cultural-cognitive needs of the population of Khashuri, Surami, and adjoining villages.
The complex will combine multifunctional spaces, large and children's pools, gyms and fitness halls.
The buildings will house spaces for various sports, including judo, wrestling, boxing, MMA, table tennis, gymnastics and fencing halls.
The multifunctional complex will also accomodate: a media library, choreographic, art, folklore and foreign language spaces, a STEM club, a multifunctional event space, and administrative and technical zones.
The complex also includes a parking lot, walking paths, a recreational area, and landscaping, as well as outdoor lighting, security, and water supply systems.
