City Telavi (Kakheti Region) Sewage Collector rehabilitation Sub-Project

Sub-Project (SP) envisages rehabilitation of the existing central sewerage collectors in Telavi city. Telavi sewerage system is virtually in ruins and needs to be totally rehabilitated. Since decades the sewer system does not include any waste water treatment and even proper sewage drainage is no longer given. The total length of the collectors to be rehabilitated is 16,240 m.

Tetritskaro internal roads and bridge rehabilitation

Sub-project (SP) is implementing under Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development Project II and will rehabilitate Takaishvili (470 m), Tabidze (422 m), Tumaniani (667 m), Giorgi Brtskinvale (1124 m), Kostava (300 m) , Khergiani (300 m), and Trialeti (165 m), streets in town Tetritskaro with total length of 3448 m. Three water culvert structures also will be rehabilitated within the SP in daba Manglisi.
The SP will have a long-term positive social impact through improving living and transportation conditions of the local population. It will decrease existing negative impacts on community such as dust, emissions and noise.

Tbilisi – Rustavi Urban Link – Secondary Road for Section 3, Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP)

The objective of secondary road construction is to provide convenience to the residents who are living in the area and to sustain current passing system by constructing the secondary roads in the sections where the existing secondary road is disconnected from Tbilisi-Rustavi highway. (10.5 km. 17.00 km)

Rehabilitation of Access Road to "Shalauri" Wine Cellar Located in Village Shalauri in Telavi Municipality

This Sub-project (SP) is being implemented within the Regional Development project with WB support, is part of Public-Private Infrastructure (PPI) Investment Program and is delivered in support to Ltd ``Shalauri Wine Cellar``. The company intends to develop tourism and agricultural sector in the mentioned region.
This Ltd is located in village Shalauri, South East to town Telavi, Telavi municipality, Kakheti region, Eastern Georgia. The objective of the SP is rehabilitation of access road to “Shalauri” wine cellar, with total length 900 m.

On June 17, 2015 at 13:00, a public consultation meeting on Environmental management Plan, prepared for the SP “Rehabilitation of Access Road to "Shalauri" Wine Cellar Located in Village Shalauri in Telavi Municipality“ will be held in the office of the Telavi municipality Representative in village Shalauri.
The SP is implementing under Regional and Municipal Ifrastructure Development Project II, supported by World Bank.

IEE document of Batumi Coastal Protection project was revised according to ADB requirement. Minor changes were made to the previous document. Information on beach evaluation trend from 2007 to 2014 was added.

Rehabilitation and Conservation of the Stone Surface and Structure of the Church of the Virgin at Gelati Monastery

This sub-project (SP) is for the conservation of a stone masonry of the Church of the Virgin at Gelati Monastery - UNESCO World Heritage site. The SP will be implemented in combination with the ongoing US Ambassadors Large Grants project and aims at full rehabilitation of masonry structure and conservation of the stone surface of the Church of the Virgin at Gelati Monastery.
