Integrated Revitalization of Cultural Heritage Site of Ubisa Monastery
Sub-project (SP) envisages arrangement of light tourist infrastructure near the Ubisa monastery. The SP includes: Construction of the visitors’ center; Arrangement of the parking area; Rehabilitation of the access road; Arrangement of the water supply system for Ubisa Monastery and visitor center.
The SP will be implemented within the Second Regional Development Project (RDP II) supported by World Bank.

Site Cleanup and Reinstatement at Vardisubani, Entrance to Telavi (Telavi Municipality)
The sub-project is being implemented under Regional Development Project (RDP) and envisages clean-up and reinstatement of the area at the entrance of town Telavi that was used for construction waste disposal; SP includs removal of asbestos-containing waste to Telavi municipal landfill with relevant safety measures in place; upgrading the site and harmonizing it with surroundings; and reinforcement the Matsantsara river banks. The sub-project is being carried out by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia with World Bank support.

Rehabilitation of Village Mirzaani road (Dedoplistskaro Municipality)
SP Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development Project II (RMIDP II) and envisages rehabilitation of the road and installation of the concrete ditches (110,5m3) in village Mirzaani. The total length of the road to be rehabilitated under this project is about 0,89 km

Gurjaani streets Rehabilitation Sub-Project
Sub-Project envisages rehabilitation of the Baratashvili, Chavchavadze and Besiki streets in the town Gurjaani. Total length of the streets to be rehabilitated under this project is about 2.278 km. The subproject will have a long-term positive impact on the environment through improving living and transportation conditions of the local population.

Restoration of King Erekle II Palace (batonis Tsikhe Fortress, Telavi)
The sub-project is being implemented under Regional Development Project (RDP) and envisages restoration of Batonis Tsikhe Fortress, namely replacement of damaged parts of the building and rectification of negative outcomes of some earlier restoration works undertaken in 1980-ies following irrelevant design solutions; Wood bearing structures of roof and balconies, roof decking, wood tracery doors and stained-glass windows, doors and brick floor. The sub-project is being carried out by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia the World Bank support.

IEE for the project “DESIGN OF THE EXTENSION OF THE TBILISI METRO LINE 2 AND CREATION OF UNIVERSITY STATION”
The Government of Georgia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to finance the Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program – Project 1. Part of the loan proceeds will finance the Tbilisi Metro line 2 extension including the creation of the University Station.
