The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is implementing Tskneti-Samadlo and Tskneti-Akahaldaba road rehabilitation works.

Zurab Alavidze – Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Kakha Kaladze - Mayor of Tbilisi City and Gagi Buadze – Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia were visiting the ongoing project site.

Second phase of rehabilitation works for one of the most distinguished architectural monuments is close to accomplishement in Telavi. An up-to-date museum accommodating an exhibition space and conference halls is under construction in the Palace adjacent area.
Visitors and tourists will have an opportunity to visit the upgraded Batonis Tsikhe Palace in the near future.

Vani Archeological Museum undergoes construction and vicinity site is also under rehabilitation by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) with the World Bank (WB) financing. Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) Gagi Buadze visited the site aimed at inspecting progress of construction works.

The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is implementing water supply network rehabilitation works in Terjola Municipality Village Ghvankiti . Gagi Buadze, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia was visiting the rehabilitation works’ project site.

The 15 km road of Village Rodinauli in Zestaponi Municipality undergoes implementation by the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI). Gagi Buadze - Executive Director of the MDF conducted the site visit to get familiazied with the progress of rehabilitation works.

The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) carries out active rehabilitation works for the WSSs throughout the country. There has been allocated tens of millions of GEL aimed at solving the potable water issue at the regions where the water supply systems had not been rehabilitated for years.

Internal roads’ rehabilitation is in progress throughout the regions. Rehabilitation of damaged roads and improvement of road infrastructure has been ongoing countrywide for decades.
This time, Zurab Alavidze, Minster of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia was visiting Imereti Region where he inspected rehabilitation works for Chiatura-Skindori connecting 6 km long motor road section.

The visitors of Khertvisi Castle will be able to face the new tourist infrastructure in the vicinity of the complex from the next year.
The quality of already accomplished works has been inspected on site by Zurab Alavidze, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Minster conducts monitoring of progress of projects throughout regions on a systematic basis.

From now on, the new metro station “University” will serve inhabitants and visitors of the capital. The 23-rd metro station was inaugurated by Giorgi Kvirikashvili – Prime Minister of Georgia and Zurab Alavidze - Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.

Arrangement of tourism infrastructure with the support of the World Bank by Sapara Monastery in Akhaltsikhe is at finalization stage. Basic current works are completed. The project cost exceeds half million GEL. The Project undergoes implementation by the Municipal Development Fund.
