Georgia has received a loan from the European Investment Bank toward the cost of Water Infrastructure Modernization Project II, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments for above mentioned works. Main works include arrangement of steel and polyethylene pipes, Construction of reservoir, house connections, asphalt pavement removal and restoration, as well as in-situ concrete works. Request for Expression of Interest for the Position of External Monitoring and Evaluation of Land acquisition and Resettlement Specialist

The Project is funded by the Government of Georgia (GoG) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) is the project executing agency. The Government of Georgia has decided to upgrade the road, and has declared modernization of the Tbilisi-Rustavi road as the priority project. The project aims to construct a 19.8-km long urban highway link between Tbilisi and the neighboring city of Rustavi.
Under this project the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia announces Expression of Interest for selection of Individual National Consultant to conduct monitoring and evaluation of the resettlement process and impacts.
