The sub-project will be implemented under the Second Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development Project (RMIDP2), with the financial support of World Bank. It envisages rehabilitation of accsess road to LTD “Geveli” in the village Kondoli.

Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program SUTIP 3 (ADB Loan 3063-GEO) aims at development of the efficient, reliable and affordable urban infrastructure and service improvement.

The SP “Arrangement of Tourism Infrastructure at Vardzia Complex” was implemented under the Third Regional Development Project (RDP III), supported by World Bank. The SP envisaged extension of the existing parking area, arrangement of visitor center, arrangement of vineyard terraces and rehabilitation of the access road to Vardzia Complex.

The land acquisition and resettlement plan (LARP) is prepared within the scope of the Marshal Gelovani Avenue and Mtkvari River Right Bank Intersection modernization project. The objective of the document is to determine the magnitude of land acquisition and resettlement required and evaluate the relative compensation. The level of compensation is calculated based on the accumulated information available on the project affected physical and legal persons, real property being under their ownership/possession and their income. The document is prepared in compliance with the ADB Safeguard Policy Statement and relevant legislation of Georgia.

Development of a sustainable urban transport network is a key component for the development of urban areas in Georgia which can enhance the role of Tbilisi as an important business center in the South Caucasus region.

The SP “Arrangement of Tourism Infrastructure at Vani Kvabebi (caves)” was implemented under the Third Regional Development Project (RDP III), supported by World Bank. The SP envisaged arrangement of visitor center, public toilet, parking areas, recreational platform and applying of safety measures at the monument.

The SP was implemented under the Third Regional Development (RDP III), supported by World Bank. Under the presented sub-project (SP), it was planned to rehabilitate access road to village Mirashkhani. The length of road to be rehabilitated is 3600 m and the width is 5 m.
